The breakfast here was delicious and absolutely stunning, plus you get to enjoy the most incredible views while munching 🌄. They had a wide range of food options available too!

The stuff are extraordinarily friendly and offer concierge service and wake up service free of charge. The breakfasts are tasty with variety of options.

Really enjoyed the room in the decoration, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was incredible with the most amazing views, and the food was well presented. The pool was heated and I had free soft drinks in the aperitif bar.

The location of Viceroy Bali is stunning, nestled in the beautiful jungle of Ubud, Bali. the villa and facilities at Viceroy are fantastic. - There is a huge variety of local food available at the resort. - the property is just a 5-minute drive from Wisata Burung Kokokan.

Staff was very polite, well trained, professional and helpful. The hotel is very well designed and the food is excellent. Lots of privacy in the villas Would recommend it anytime.

Room upgrading service upon arrival, thorough explanations about the usage of room equipments, free transfer service between the city centre of Ubud and the hotel. Well equiped large room with a private pool and a balinese pavillion overlooking the spectacular view of the river gauge.

CasCades Restaurant is too dark to read the menu, and the prices are comparatively expensive.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of Bali's nature. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was top-notch, with staff making us feel like royalty. The breakfast spread was delicious, with both Indonesian and Western options. The private heated pool was a highlight, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. We also enjoyed the exquisite food at the on-site restaurants.

The only downside was the occasional presence of lizards in the outdoor areas, but reception promptly dealt with the issue.
